Course Content

  • Advise on prep from start to finish over 13 to 20 weeks from competition date
  • Advise on prep 3 week out from competition date
  • Advise on “peak week” nutrition
  • Advise on “on the day of the competition” eating
  • Advise on “water drop” and other before a competition and on the day of the competition
